Conference Sessions

Welcome to Port Huron and to the 2019 MAEA Fall Conference!

Conference Information

At the Blue Water Conference Center, you are steps away from history, nature, and of course Art. The Blue Water Conference Center is located under the Blue Water Bridge to Canada on the shore of the St. Clair River with direct access to the Thomas Edison Parkway Boardwalk. At the south end of the boardwalk is the Edison Depot Museum and to the north is Lighthouse Park, all along the boardwalk are art installations. In addition to the many opportunities that this conference will afford you to create, learn, and interact with fellow Art Teachers, we have also coordinated with Studio 1219, an Artist studio and gallery, Domtar Paper, to see where paper comes from, and with being a river removed from Canada, there will be an opportunity to visit Sarnia, Ontario, Canada. Our MAEA 2019 Fall Conference has a lot in store to Bridge Creativity and recharge our creative juices. Welcome to your 2019 Fall Conference.
